We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 Days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will also need the order number. No product will be refunded or exchanged without receiving the orignal.
To request a return, contact us at customerservice@littlenbrave.com including the order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We don't accept Cancellations. Please send an email to customerservice@littlenbrave.com in case of a concern regarding your order.
At Little and Brave, we strive to ensure that every order is carefully packaged and promptly shipped to our valued customers. However, once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Little and Brave will not be held responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
- In the event that your package is lost or stolen, you may choose to have your order remade. However, the cost of the remake, including all shipping expenses, will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued for lost or stolen packages.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such our stickers, keychains or tote bags). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return & Refund Policy – Please Read Before Ordering
As a small, faith-based business, every order means the world to us. We put great care into each package, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow and serve families with purpose.
Effective immediately, we no longer offer refunds for cancellations, returns, or lost packages. Due to the nature of our products and our limited inventory.
Refunds will only be issued in the rare event that a mistake was made on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or size). In these specific cases, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
While refunds are not available, we will always offer store credit for future orders if a valid concern is raised and approved by our customer service team.
We kindly ask you to double-check all sizing, shipping details, and order notes before checking out.
